Garlic Dry Cleaning Machine

Garlic Dry Cleaning Machine is used to continuous brush removing the earth, impurity on the surface of the garlic. After dry cleaning, we also add one conveyor for selecting. Worker can remove the bad garlic on the conveyor. After dry cleaning, these garlics will be used for packing into bag for sale.

Working Principle and Feature

Garlic Dry Cleaning Machine adopt soft brush with hard brush to brush garlic surface, it remove the earth and dirty of garlic , the earth and dirty will fall on the ground or prepared plate from the gauge between brush. It can process 5ton-6ton garlic per hour. Romiter garlic dry washing machine has the feature of Fast cleaning speed, high quality cleaning effect, Long life span and easy to maintain.

How to Maintain Garlic Dry Cleaning Machine

There are many brush on onion dry cleaning machine. After a long time using. the brusher will has damage so you need to change these damage brusher(About one and half year, customer need to changer the brush)

For different customer requirement, we have three brush length garlic dry cleaning for customer. 4.2m (5.5m), 5m(7,1), 7m(8.8m). Our onion dry washer can be made from carbon steel, SUS201 stainless steel and SUS304 stainless steel.
