Description:

1. Special single screw extruder for polylefin , having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization. Separation mixing screw specialized for polylefin. Specially designed 2-3 co-extruding die , reasonable channel , smooth outside and inside wall , and little inner stress.

2. Producing pipe limit 20-160mm, manufacture velocity up to 15m/min. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube m ordinary PP-R , PE and PE-RT pipes.

3. Intensive cooling of the pipe tanks to optimized positioning of the bayonet-type spray nozzles.

4. With wide adjustable extent;
