1 ) The line can be configured differently for different pita size and thickness .

2 ) The pita cutting roller can be custom-tailor for different shape of pita , round or ellipse .

3 ) Dough sheet thickness can before baking is between 2.5-5 mm .

4 ) The complete line can be controlled by the PLC touch panel ,altogether or singly .

5 ) The normal baking temperature would be 350℃ ,Maximal up to 400℃ .

6 ) The complete pita line is been made by high quality 304 stainless steel .

7 ) The dough scrape can be automatically removed away and recyclable
