• Using integrate table frame, movable gantry beam. Integrated welded structure with tempering treatment, ensure the whole body good rigidity & non-deformation during using life.
  
• Whole tabel frame structure keep stationary, gantry beam moving for grooving work. Working speed is controlled by inverter. Cutting procedure stable & high efficiency, high cutting quality.
  
• Operation interface is colored touch screen. Using special software, english manual, with manual/auto working mode optional. Completely satisfy all kinds of working requirement. Easy for operation. Easy input working parameter, working procedure real time display, auto alarming fault.
  
  
• 4 axes(X,Y1,Y2,Z) CNC machine, high accuracy positioning, Y1,Y2 always keep synchronization. X axis adopts inverter driven. Taiwan HIWIN high tensity ball screw transmission,helical gear guidance, low noise,high accuracy.
  
• There is side clamp & top following clamp device, adjustable hydraulic system, fit for different clamping requirement required by various sheet metal specification.
  
  
• Three or four alloy blade processing simultaneously, cutting output average distribute, decrease the job deformation, prolong the blade using life, low down the production cost.
  
• Working speed is adjustable as per job specification.
  
• Alloy blade is using rectangular shape, one blade four edge usable, easy for change, not only shorten the blade change time, but also ensure the working accuracy.
