1.CK51ZA,CK51ZB,C51ZA,C51ZB series single column heavy cnc vertical
lathes are suitable for hard alloy and ceramics tools. Rough,semi
and finish mahcining ferros metal. non ferrous metals and some
metal parts inside/outside cylindrical surface,circular conical
surface,flat surface,grooving,screw throad and revolution surface
etc.
2. Lathe main transmission drive by AC motor, go by 16 class
spindle speed change structure to realize worktable range of speed.
3. Worktable spindle is centering by high precisiion adjustable
radial clearance double row cylindrical roller bearing. Axital
direction uses constant current hydrostatic guide way. let the
worktable has characteristics of high running accuracy. large
bearing capacity, small thermal deformation.
4. Colun, cross beam and guide surface are all supersonic frequency
quenching, quenching hardness HRAC48-55 degree.
5. Cross beam guide way width 650mm, use hydraulic 4 points
locking, top of vertical column be quipped with AC motor, drive
both ends reducer casting. Cross beam lifting by two screws,
improve cross beam lifting speed and guarantee the lathe precision.
6. Ram can use square ram. Tram,pentagon knife and electric knifes.
7. All casting use gray pig iron by artificial aging treatment.
8. CNC SYSTEM USE siemens or Fanuc, also can choose which made in
China,Electrical parts choose schneider.
9. We launch economy C51ZA(DVT),C51ZB(DVT)series lathe, instead of
common sereis lathe. Superior performance and more economy.
10. Model difference: ck51za,c51za9dvt) not contain chip removal
and cooling liquid recovery device and semi-closed protective
cover, but CK51ZB,C51ZB contains.
