Paper seedling tray making machinery:

It absorbs paper pulp-the raw material, on the surface of mould by vacuum to get various shape and ratio of wet and dry by regulating time. After such working procedure as transferring moulds, releasing moulds to complete paper tray production. Our forming machines adopt advanced PLC programmable controller; selecting of high quality electronic devices and pneumatic components.

1. Pulping system

Pulper, vibration screen, mixer; pulp pump; water pump, control cabinet for pulping system,etc

2. Forming system

Consist of forming platen and transfering platen.

egg tray molds can be mounted on forming platen.

Equiped with vacuum auto draining system; auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet.

3. Drying system

Single layer conveying chain; heated by section;multi burners;

Six layers drying line, energy saving and saving place

The temperature of each section can be adjusted independently;burners with Italian brand;

The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equiped with auto control cabinet.

4. Stacking system

The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.
