SAMRO Homogenizer Working Theory:

When product is flowing through the adjustable valve, the particles or droplets present in mixed fluids with high pressure will be subdivided into the very smallest sizes ( φ =0.01 - 2 μm, average φ ≤ 1 μm) because of pressure decrease, expansion, explosion, cutting and high-speed impacting etc., then the emulsions or dispersion could be produced. Through homogenizing the stablity, easy-absorb, long-life, taste and color etc. of product could be realized. Therefore, homgenizer has been recognized as the best equipment of the dispersion and emulsion in the century.

Types of Homogenizer:

1.Manual Operating Homogenizer

Two- stage homogenizer system with manual pressure adjustment is easy to use. It is your economic choice.

2.Hydraulic Operating Homogenizer

The hydraulic control system is developed to adjust the homogenizer pressure, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control system by changing to Proportional valves.

3.Pneumatic Operating Homogenizer

The pneumatic control system is developed for the homogenizer, and it is easy to upgrade to remote control.

4.Large Capacity Homogenizer

This machine has five plungers with the maximum flow reaching 30000L/H. The hydraulic end adopts the split structure which facilitates assembly and disassembly. The pressure adjustment can adopt manual or hydraulic mode.

5.Laboratory Homogenizer

Capacity: 60L/H Max Pressure</=70MPa

Minimum Sample Volume: 200ml
