Working principle :

Pressure regulating device is autotransformer which can continuous adjust the turns ratio . When the hand wheel is rotated , with the help of electronical brush to slide on the polished surface of the turns , it changes the turns ratio , so that the output voltage can be adjusted smoothly from zero to the maximum .
