Customized Architecture Gabion Retaining Wall with PVC Coated Galfan Wire

Gabion boxes are filled with stones at the project site to form flexible, permeable and monolithic structures such as retaining walls, channels and weirs for erosion control projects. In order to reinforce the structure, there is selvedge wire on the mesh panel edge whose diameter is greater than mesh wire. Gabion box is divided into cells by diaphragms positioned at approximately 1m centers.
The wire is heavily zinc coated and for protection it can also be PVC coated. Stainless steel wire is also available according to customers’ special order. Gabion boxes are supplied in various sizes. 2m in length, 1m in width and 1m in height is the most popular size. The diameter of the wire used can also be varied.
