Syris precision-manufactures this sheet metal enclosure sub-assembly for a multi-axis motion controller platform, supplied as a contract manufacturing solution to the OEM's electronics integration line.

• Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication: Formed and welded from cold-rolled steel or aluminum sheet stock, with tight-tolerance bends and precisely located mounting features to accommodate internal PCBs, connectors, and power components.
• Ventilation Design: Laser-cut/punched louvered vent array on the top cover for efficient passive heat dissipation from internal drive electronics.
• Powder-Coated Finish: Durable white powder-coat finish on the housing with a contrasting blue accent stripe on the front panel, meeting the OEM's industrial design and branding specifications.
• Front Panel Cutouts: Precision-machined cutouts and silk-screened labeling areas for power connectors, LED indicator windows, and control ports, ensuring accurate alignment with internal assemblies.
• Structural Rigidity: Multi-panel construction (top, bottom, sides, front) fastened with hardware for easy assembly/disassembly during OEM production and field servicing.
