Is this probe interchangeable with older 3300 probes?
A: Yes — the 3300 XL probes are designed to be backward-compatible (both electrically

and mechanically) with older 3300 series 5 mm/8 mm probes,

so long as the system is not forced beyond the

performance limits of the

older components.

How far from the Proximitor sensor can this probe be connected?
A: The system supports field wiring (from Proximitor) up to ~305 m (1,000 ft), subject

to cable characteristics and interference

environment.
