Product Description:

A professional floor mat designed specifically for high standard cleanrooms, electronic assembly workshops, laboratories, and precision instrument operation areas. Features:

1. Accurate size and applicability
Size: 60cm x 90cm. This compact size makes it perfect for placement on a single workstation, in front of a workstation, or under specific equipment, providing ample standing or moving space for operators without taking up too much floor area.
Flexibility: Multiple cushions can be seamlessly joined together to cover a larger workspace.
2. Unique double-layer structure
Upper layer (working surface): usually made of tough PVC or polyurethane material, with a dense and smooth surface. This design aims to prevent the accumulation of dust and particles, and resist the corrosion of common chemicals such as cleaning agents, making it easy to thoroughly clean and disinfect.
Lower layer (bottom layer): sponge or foam material with excellent elasticity is used. This layer is crucial as it can effectively cushion the pressure on the soles of the feet. When employees stand for long periods of time, it can significantly reduce fatigue in the legs and feet.
3. Excellent anti-static (ESD) performance
Permanent conductive carbon black or metal fibers are added to the cushion material to maintain a surface resistivity typically between 10 ^ 6 and 10 ^ 9 ohms, in compliance with ESD standards.
Function: It can safely and slowly dissipate the static electricity generated on the surface of the human body or objects to the ground, preventing electrostatic discharge from damaging electronic components sensitive to static electricity (such as chips, circuit boards, etc.).
4. Excellent anti fatigue design
The soft bottom layer provides a slight "rebound" feeling when standing, promoting slight movement of leg muscles and promoting blood circulation, thereby helping employees maintain longer comfort and focus, improve work efficiency, and reduce occupational health risks.
5. Cleanroom level cleanliness assurance
The material itself does not generate dust, and its smooth surface is not prone to particle shedding, meeting the strict requirements of clean rooms for air cleanliness.
