Oil Pressure Sensor 1830669C91 is a direct-fit injection-actuation / oil-pressure sender developed for International / Navistar DT466E, I530E, DT530, HT530 and DT466 7.3 L turbo-diesel engines. These power units are widely found in medium-duty agricultural tractors (MF 8100 series), high-horsepower combine harvesters, 150-350 kVA generator sets, plus Class-6/7 delivery trucks, school buses and vocational machines used in agriculture, construction and on-highway service worldwide.

Thread interface 1/8-27 NPT with 19 mm hex and 12 mm probe reach for fast installation into the high-pressure oil rail. Operating range 0-70 bar (0-1 015 psi), output 0.5-4.5 Vdc ratiometric across the scale, supply 5 ± 0.25 Vdc, accuracy ±1.5 % F.S. Connector is a sealed 3-pin Packard Metri-Pack 150.2, IP67 rated, overall length 45 mm, weight 110 g.

Housing is precision-turned from brass alloy and nickel-plated for total immunity to engine oil, diesel fuel and road salt; the sensing capsule is a laser-welded 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless-steel diaphragm with thin-film strain gauges for excellent long-term stability. Internal electronics are protected by a two-stage over-voltage clamp and EMI filter compliant with SAE J1113-42, vibration-tested 50 g at 20-2 000 Hz, thermal-shock-tested 1 000 cycles –40 °C ↔ +150 °C, salt-spray-tested 96 h per ASTM B117, ensuring reliable injection-control pressure feedback under severe duty cycles.
