Radiation cross-linked heat shrinkable sleeves are primarily designed for field girth weld coating of 3LPE or thermally insulated pipelines, offering superior anti-corrosion and waterproof protection for pipe joints. They are especially suitable for plastic water supply and drainage systems.

The Huashida Heat Shrinkable Sleeve Extrusion Line utilizes a fully integrated and advanced production process:

Step 1: The PE backing film extrusion line produces PE films according to specific customer requirements.

Step 2: The extruded PE film is sent to a professional radiation facility for cross-linking treatment, which significantly improves the film's fire resistance, tensile strength, and thermal stability.

Step 3: The cross-linked film is fed into the heat shrinkable sleeve adhesive coating line. During this stage, the film substrate is stretched twice to achieve the optimal shrink ratio. A specially formulated hot-melt adhesive is prepared in a professional reactor, extruded, and evenly laminated onto the cross-linked PE backing film.

The final product demonstrates high adhesion strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and consistent shrink performance, fully complying with international pipeline protection standards.

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
