CH700WX09A-CTA is a compact and high-performance 7-inch TFT LCD module developed by Shenzhen ChengHao Optoelectronic Co., Ltd., tailored for scenarios requiring integrated display and touch functions. It adopts a 6.85-inch IPS normally black display panel, paired with a resolution of 800×3(RGB)×1280, which ensures sharp rendering of text, icons, and data graphs—critical for devices that demand clear visual feedback . The module’s transmittance of ≥80% boosts light efficiency, allowing it to maintain visible and legible content even in dimly lit environments, while its 85/85/85/85 viewing direction eliminates color distortion from off-center angles, supporting multi-user observation.

Structurally, the module features a layered design optimized for durability and touch responsiveness. It combines a 1.8mm-thick glass lens (with optional 1.1mm thickness) and a 0.55mm glass sensor, bonded via OCA (0.2mm), PET (0.06mm), and SCA (0.2mm) layers to form a robust G+G capacitive touch panel (CTP) .
