This product is a set of SMT automated production line covering the
entire process of PCB board loading, dispensing, surface mount
technology (SMT), soldering, inspection and board collection
Integrate core equipment such as board loading machines, dispensing
machines, YS24/YZ200/YY4/YY100 devices, 1.3/0.6 docking stations,
4.2 leveling and transfer machines, 0.5 double-track docking
stations, double-track reflow ovens, AOI, double-track board
receiving machines, and 0.5 double-track screening machines.
Through the intelligent control system, seamless linkage is
achieved among the dispensing, surface mount technology (SMT),
soldering and inspection processes, completing the fully automated
operation of PCB boards from raw material feeding to finished
product collection. This is suitable for the scenarios of
electronic component mounting and soldering that require dispensing
processes, ensuring the dispensing accuracy and soldering quality
of the products.

closed-loop control technology. The dual-track reflow soldering is
equipped with an intelligent temperature control system. AOI
realizes full inspection of defects after soldering, ensuring the
consistency of quality in each link of dispensing, surface mount
technology (SMT), and soldering.

AOI equipment features micron-level detection accuracy, capable of
identifying defects such as abnormal dispensing, false soldering,
and bridging, with a detection accuracy rate of no less than 99.9%.
