Product Description

This is a titanium alloy valve core specifically designed for high-temperature and highly corrosive working conditions, manufactured using precision CNC machining technology. As the core component of the valve, the valve core's performance directly determines the reliability of the entire valve system. Our valve core is made of titanium alloy material and features a high-temperature resistant and anti-corrosion surface layer, ensuring zero-leakage sealing in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.

The titanium alloy valve core exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing media (such as nitric acid, chlorine) and neutral media. Its passive oxide film effectively resists strong corrosion in various harsh working conditions. For high-temperature or low-pH reducing corrosive media, surface modification treatments can further enhance corrosion resistance.

  1. Exceptional High-Temperature Resistance The valve core can operate stably within a temperature range of -40°C to 400°C for extended periods, with short-term tolerance for even higher temperatures. Titanium alloy itself has a melting point as high as 1668°C, offering far superior high-temperature stability compared to ordinary metal materials.
  2. Excellent Corrosion Resistance The titanium alloy valve core is virtually non-corrosive in oxidizing and neutral media, resistant to various highly corrosive chemical media, including chloride ions, weak acids and alkalis, etc.. It performs exceptionally well in extreme corrosive environments such as aqua regia, sodium hypochlorite, and wet chlorine gas.
  3. High Strength and Lightweight Titanium alloy has a density of only 4.506-4.516g/cm³, higher than aluminum but lower than steel, yet its specific strength ranks first among metals. This property allows the valve core to be lightweight while ensuring high strength.
  4. Precision Sealing Design Utilizes a unique connection block and slot design to ensure a tight connection between the male and female parts, minimizing gaps between them. The flatness error of the sealing surface is controlled within ≤0.0015mm, and the cylindricity error of the guide hole is ≤0.001mm.
  5. Long Service Life and Reliability The titanium alloy valve core has an ultra-long service life, reducing maintenance and replacement frequency. It maintains long-term stable operation even in harsh environments like chemical and petroleum industries.
