Industrial Wide Temperature Memory Card For Drone Body Camera
Dashcam 64gb 128gb 256gb Tf Card
What are Industrial Memory Cards?
Industrial grade memory cards are engineered for continuous, stable
operation in extreme and harsh environments. These cards differ
fundamentally from consumer-grade memory cards used in smartphones
and cameras.
Why Dashcams Need Industrial Memory Cards?
Dashcams operate in extremely harsh conditions where standard
memory cards may fail, potentially causing critical recording gaps.
Industrial memory cards provide essential advantages:
| Features | Commercial TF Cards | Industrial TF Card | Significance for Dashcams |
|---|
| Working Temperature | 0°C ~70°C | -40°C~85°C or -40°C~105°C | Ensures stable recording in extreme vehicle temperatures (over 70°C
in summer, below -30°C in winter) |
| Durability and Lifespan | Limited read/write cycles | Extremely high durability, extended read/write life | Withstands 24/7 continuous recording cycles using higher quality
flash memory chips |
| Stability and Error Correction | Basic | Advanced error correction and data protection | Prevents file system damage or video loss from sudden power
failures or impacts |
| Continuous Write Performance | Speed fluctuations, potential drops | Consistent high write speeds | Maintains smooth 4K recording without lag or missing footage |

Industrial Applications
Drones: When modern drones shoot 4K/5.1K or even 8K videos, or perform
high-speed continuous shooting, they generate huge data streams
that require memory cards to continuously and stably write at
extremely high speeds. Any slight lag or speed drop may cause video
frame loss or shooting interruption, which is unacceptable for
professional aerial or surveying tasks. Industrial grade memory
cards focus on the stability of write speed and sustained write
performance. Even when the card space is almost full, its write
speed will not experience a significant decrease. Many consumer
grade cards are labeled as' read speed 'or' maximum write speed '.
In practical use, especially when recording high bitrate videos for
a long time, the speed may fluctuate sharply or decrease, which can
easily lead to "freezing" or recording failure. During drone
flight, the motor and propeller generate sustained high-frequency
vibrations. Takeoff, landing, and maneuvering flights may also be
accompanied by impacts. Industrial grade memory cards use more
robust components and packaging technology, which can withstand
stronger vibrations and impacts, preventing internal solder joints
from loosening due to long-term vibration and causing poor contact.
The design of consumer grade memory cards did not consider such
strong sustained vibration, and the failure rate will significantly
increase under long-term use.
Driving Recorders: Industrial cards are optimized for 24/7 cyclic recording in
vehicles, solving common issues of damage and data loss. They
deliver:
- High-speed performance (160MB/s read, 140MB/s write) for 4K
recording
- Reliable operation during emergency recording events
- Protection against file system corruption from sudden power loss
Other Applications: Body cameras, industrial monitoring systems, and other
mission-critical recording devices.
