1)Features of Transmission Gear Shaft

• High-quality alloy steels (such as 20CrMnTi) are typically selected, though their core value lies in subsequent heat treatment processes—including carburising, quenching, and nitriding—which impart surface hardness and wear resistance while preserving core toughness to withstand impact.
• Manufacturing precision is exceptionally high, involving a series of processes including precision forging, CNC turning, and gear grinding. The final tooth surface roughness can achieve Ra 0.4 or below, ensuring smooth, low-noise operation.

2)Functions of Transmission Gear Shaft

• Our function is to translate the tolerances and geometric tolerances specified on design drawings—such as concentricity and runout—into tangible reality. A qualified gear shaft represents the culmination of all manufacturing process capability (CPK).
• By employing the rolling process to manufacture splines instead of conventional machining, a strengthening layer is formed along the metal grain flow, thereby enhancing fatigue strength and load-bearing capacity.
