Process
Using a warp knitting process, the warp and weft yarns intersect at the intersections with high-strength fibers to form a mesh structure. This is then coated with PVC or styrene-butadiene latex, resulting in a flat mesh material with a certain strength and durability.


• High Strength, Low Elongation: Tensile strength can reach 20-2000 kN/m, with an elongation of ≤10%, effectively suppressing soil deformation.
• Corrosion and Aging Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and microbial attack. Adding an anti-aging agent also provides UV and weather resistance, making it adaptable to harsh environments such as humid and saline-alkali environments.
• Strong Bonding with Soil: The grid structure provides strong interlocking strength with soil and rock, enhancing soil integrity and shear strength.
• Lightweight and Excellent Drainage: The lightweight material facilitates construction, and the grid structure does not impede water penetration, preventing soil softening due to water accumulation.


• Road Engineering: Used for reinforcing and strengthening soft soil subgrades on highways and railways, slowing reflective cracking and improving subgrade stability.
