Overview

This system is widely used across the natural gas and energy industries, including LNG/CNG refueling stations, gas transportation companies, gas storage facilities, coal-to-gas enterprises, LNG peak-shaving stations, associated petroleum gas, coalbed methane, mine gas, shale gas, gas pipeline transportation companies, gas appliance manufacturers, petrochemical refineries, coking plants, smelters, and gas supply stations. • This machine has a reasonable design and compact layout. It is an analytical instrument that integrates gas source, power supply, electric injection valve, analytical column, detector, signal acquisition card and Intel processor.
• All parameters are set on the computer and have power-off memory function ;
• Built- in 24-bit high-precision digital-to-analog conversion ; directly outputs digital signals to avoid loss and distortion of analog signals during transmission;
• Using standard Modbus RTU transmission protocol, the analysis results can be connected to DCS (distributed control system)
• 5-way temperature control: 5 degrees above room temperature - 450℃, increment of 0.1℃; each channel has over-temperature protection function. If any channel exceeds the protection temperature, the CPU will automatically stop heating to avoid damage to the instrument caused by overheating.
• 5 external events, 8 actions, 0.1-9999.99 seconds; detection times 1, 2, 3 optional
• Using an isolated power supply data acquisition card, the two channels do not interfere with each other, can operate synchronously or asynchronously , and can be grafted onto each other's spectra, with analysis results displayed on a single spectrum. The analysis software automatically calculates the content of the detected gas components, as well as related indicators such as higher calorific value, lower calorific value, density, relative density, and vaporization rate. It can also automatically generate a TXT file for third-party access.
