Kaifeng City Shengda Water Meter Co., Ltd. (former Kaifeng City Shengda Water Meter factory), was founded in 1995. After more than ten years of hard work, we built Kaifeng Zhonghua Instrument Factory in 2004 and renamed "Kaifeng City Shengda Water Meter Co., Ltd." in July 2010.
