28" Near Bit/String Spiral Welded/String Blade Stabilizer featuring an 11" fishing neck with 8 5/8" Reg. box connection and 8-5/8 H90 box up configuration.

APPLICATION

We supplies a complete line of downhole drilling stabilizers to increase rate of penetration and control hole deviation problems. All these stabilizers (including spiral blade, straight blade, integral blade, welded blade, sleeve-type, and stainless steel nonmagnetic types) are designed to meet or exceed the strictest quality control and quality assurance standards. All alloy stabilizers are manufactured from AISI 4145H modified heat-treated steel for a wide variety of configurations and hole sizes

FIVE KINDS OF HARD FACING

1. HF1000: Crushed tungsten carbide inserts(TCI) held in a nickel bronze matrix

2. HF2000: Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts(TCI) held a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix

3. HF3000: Embedded with trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts (TCI) spray welded on the blades

4. HF4000: Tungsten carbide inserts (button type)are pressed tightly in the holes of blades at room temperature

5. HF5000: This oxy-acetylene process pplies tough molten carbide particles of varying sizes in a nickel chrome matrix
