Complete Workflow
The cleaning process begins with an oil extraction pump to remove remaining fuel from the tank. The 3D rotary nozzle is then inserted to perform high-pressure internal cleaning. A vacuum suction pump and vacuum tank collect the wastewater and sludge generated. Finally, a diaphragm pump oil-water separation unit processes the collected mixture, enabling secondary oil recovery and ensuring that discharged water meets national environmental standards. This integrated pipeline achieves a full-cycle, safe, and eco-friendly cleaning solution.
