with a full-computer touchscreen control system and a human-machine
interface (HMI); together, these components enable simple
operation, easy product changeovers, and smooth workflow
transitions. To optimize maintenance procedures, the machine also
includes a fault display system that supports quick and
trouble-free problem-solving.
For material filling, the equipment uses the newest screw head
design—a technical upgrade that makes it particularly suitable for
powders with low flowability. This design not only guarantees high
metering accuracy but also keeps processing speeds fast.
Additionally, the machine is fitted with replaceable screw parts,
allowing for simple adjustments to packaging specifications. This
adaptation to different production needs minimizes downtime. When
it comes to film handling, the film pulling and traction system is
controlled by a servo motor, ensuring smoother traction movements
and precise regulation of bag length.
The machine’s transverse sealing function is driven by a servo
motor, which gets rid of operational shocks, lowers noise levels,
and allows flexible adjustment of the opening stroke. Sealing
pressure can be freely fine-tuned, making the equipment compatible
with packaging materials of different thicknesses and complex
structures. The SED-250FLB-J can automatically finish the entire
packaging process, including film rolling, bag forming, material
metering and filling, bag sealing, and date printing.
Besides, the machine provides a variety of optional features to

European-standard hook holes, handle holes, corner folding,
nitrogen filling, cooling systems, and long bag production.
