Optical Fibre Composite Overhead Ground Wire (Uni-tube)
Characteristics
The protection and support of the optical fibers are provided by stainless steel tubes that are filled with hydrophobic gel. The tensile performance is good. The tubes have a small diameter and light weight, which results in low additional load on the tower. The optical unit has an appropriate excess length of fiber, which makes it easy to assemble.
