The electrical control system adopts an advanced PLC, equipped with
a color POD (touch screen) that offers a user-friendly man-machine
interface and convenient operation. Parameters such as frame width
and packaging speed can be adjusted quickly and easily. The main
motor is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation, and
the frequency can be freely set within a certain range on the color
touch screen according to actual production needs.
Equipped with a standard automatic detection device, the machine
can detect air pressure, temperature controller failure, the
machine's bag feeding condition, and whether the bag mouth is
opened. It can judge the machine status, control whether the
machine performs coding, whether the filling device carries out
filling, and whether the heat-sealing device conducts sealing. This
avoids waste of packaging materials and raw materials, greatly
saving costs.
