Series KQG2 is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG2 series is available in both metric and inch sizes. The KQG2 is more compact and lightweight, and offers more configuration variations and tube sizes than the KQG series.

Sewage treatment aeration control: corrosion-resistant design to resist acidic media, suitable for quick connection of pneumatic pipelines.

Aseptic fluid delivery: Oil free design+FKM seal, compliant with FDA standards, used for steam cleaning pipelines in filling lines (such as KQG2H16-04S type).

High temperature disinfection system: resistant to steam at 150 ℃, suitable for fermentation tanks and CIP cleaning pipelines.

Corrosive medium transmission: SUS316 material is resistant to acids, alkalis, and solvents and is used for chemical agent transportation pipelines.

Steam power system: The straight through structure (such as KQG2H23-00) optimizes the connection of steam pipelines to reduce the risk of leakage.

Pneumatic actuator connection: Compact design integrated into the robotic arm fixture (such as CQ2 cylinder pipeline) to improve response speed.

Vacuum equipment: supports -100kPa vacuum environment, used for suction cup control system in electronic semiconductor manufacturing.
