Turnkey Solution: Provides a complete fertilizer manufacturing
solution, from plant design and equipment supply to installation,
commissioning, and training.
Versatile Production: Capable of producing various compound
fertilizers, including NPK, DAP, MAP, and blended fertilizers, with
customizable nutrient ratios.
Customizable Plant Design: Tailored to your specific needs,
including production capacity, raw material availability, and
desired fertilizer formulations.
Automated Batching System: Ensures accurate and consistent
proportioning of raw materials for uniform fertilizer blends.
Efficient Granulation Technology: Employs advanced granulation
methods (rotary drum, disc, extrusion) to produce high-quality
fertilizer granules with excellent handling and storage properties.
Integrated Drying and Cooling: Optimizes moisture content and
granule stability for improved product quality and shelf life.
Screening and Coating (Optional): Separates granules by size for
consistent product quality and applies coatings to prevent caking
and control nutrient release.
Automated Packaging System: Provides efficient and accurate
weighing and bagging of finished fertilizer products.
Dust and Odor Control: Incorporates environmental protection
measures to minimize dust and gas emissions.
Durable Construction: Built with high-quality, corrosion-resistant
materials for long-lasting performance and reliability.
Applications:
NPK Fertilizer Production: Manufacturing of granular NPK
fertilizers with various nutrient ratios to meet the specific needs
of different crops.
DAP/MAP Fertilizer Production: Production of Diammonium Phosphate
(DAP) and Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) fertilizers.
Custom Fertilizer Blending: Creating tailored fertilizer mixes with
nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients for precision
farming.
Organic and Bio-Organic Fertilizer Production: Adapting the plant
to incorporate organic materials and beneficial microorganisms for
enhanced soil health.
Working Process:
Raw Material Handling: Raw materials (nitrogen, phosphate,
potassium sources) are prepared, often involving crushing and
grinding to achieve a suitable particle size. Common raw materials
include urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, phosphate rock,
monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, potassium chloride,
and potassium sulfate.
Automated Batching: Raw materials are automatically batched and
precisely mixed according to the desired fertilizer formulation.
Granulation: The mixed materials are granulated using a suitable
method (rotary drum, disc, extrusion, etc.) to form granules. Wet
granulation often involves spraying a liquid binder.
Drying: The wet granules are dried to reduce moisture content and
prevent caking.
Cooling: The dried granules are cooled to stabilize them and
prepare them for screening and coating.
Screening: Granules are screened to separate them by size, ensuring
a uniform product. Oversized and undersized particles are typically
recycled back into the process.
Coating (Optional): Granules may be coated to improve handling
characteristics, control nutrient release, or enhance their
appearance.
Packaging: The finished fertilizer granules are automatically
weighed and packaged into bags for storage and distribution.
