Palm Oil Centrifuge
This decanter centrifuge is designed for separating liquid and
solid phases in suspensions where the solid phase weight thickness
is ≤ 10% (or volume concentration ≤ 50% after 24 hours settlement).
It effectively processes materials with solid-phase particle
diameters between 0.005-2 mm and liquid-solid density differences ≥
0.05 g/cm³.
Applications include processing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate,
polyvinyl chloride, lees, bean dregs, soy protein, paper pulp,
vegetable oil (including palm oil), kaolin, white mud, and
environmental protection industry sludge. It's also suitable for
various chemical products requiring centrifugal separation.
The material (such as crude orange juice) enters through the center
feeding pipe. Under centrifugal force and material pressure, it
distributes to the drum. The dense solid phase deposits on the drum
wall and is transported by the auger to the discharge port, while
the lighter liquid phase overflows into the liquid collection box.
