2.1 Description
The SNQ-3579TA is a high-performance camera core module based on
the EN779 processing platform and Sony IMX385 sensor. It is engineered to provide outstanding image quality and high
frame rates for capturing fast-moving detail. Its selectable 6-in-1 video output makes it universally compatible with modern HD analog and digital
recording systems. Key features like 120dB WDR and Defog ensure performance in the most challenging environments.
2.2 Output Options
This module provides six video output options configurable for a
single system:
Analog HD: AHD, TVI, CVI
Standard Definition: CVBS
Digital: HD-SDI, EX-SDI
The desired analog output format is selected via a dip-switch. The
HD-SDI/EX-SDI mode is switched via an OSD menu sequence.
2.3 Image Performance
Superior Low-Light Capability: Captures clear video in extremely low-light environments (0.00008 Lux) using DSS technology and Sens-Up frame accumulation.
Exceptional Dynamic Range: Reveals detail in both shadows and highlights with 120dB WDR.
Enhanced Visibility: The DEFOG feature digitally processes the image to penetrate haze, fog, and mist.
Reduced Noise: 3D-DNR effectively minimizes noise in low-light footage.
2.4 Motor Control
The module includes drivers for motorized zoom and focus lenses. The focus system can be controlled:
Automatically: The module can continuously adjust focus.
Manually: Via OSD menu or coaxial control buttons on a DVR.
One-Push: Initiates a single autofocus cycle.
2.5 Physical Installation & Control
Dimensions: 38mm x 38mm.
Mounting: Uses standard M2 screws.
Connectors: Clearly labeled ports for power, video output, IR-CUT, lens control (Focus/Zoom), and RS-485.
