The Ceramic Material Fuchsine and Methylated Spirit Pressure Test Apparatus is designed in full compliance with IEC 60335-1, Clause 22.32.
It is used to evaluate whether ceramic materials are tightly sintered and free from internal defects under high-pressure conditions when exposed to fuchsine and methylated spirit solutions.

The system integrates a stainless-steel pressure vessel, manual pressurization system, and explosion-proof observation chamber, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient testing operations.

Technical Parameters

Operation Procedure

1. Fill the tank with water.

2. Place the ceramic sample into the test container.

3. Set the desired pressure value.

4. Tighten the pressure relief valve.

5. Turn on the power switch.

6. Set the test time (note: it only serves as a timer reminder).

7. Press the start switch to begin testing.

8. After completion, manually loosen the pressure relief valve to release pressure.
