Description
The GV2 manual starter and protector provides manual isolation, manual motor control, and thermal overcurrent protection in one compact unit. The basic motor starter GV2ME controls motors with full load currents up to 32 A. The manual starter is three pole with horsepower ratings. The manual starter is operated by push buttons. The Class 10 ambient compensated thermal over current is adjustable from 1.6 ampere to 2.5 ampere. This device has screw clamp terminals. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine, ATEX).

The TeSys Deca 1.6-2.5A manual start protector is often installed on small conveyor belts, packaging machines, sealing machines, soy milk machines, small fans, gear motors below 220W, and AGVs It is used in applications such as rollers, labeling machines, filling pumps, laboratory stirrers, elevator door machines, automatic doors, roller shutters, assembly line rollers, food mixers, medical centrifuges, textile winding machines, laser engraving machine spindles, 3D printing wire feeding motors, advertising light box rotating tables, and charging pile fans, providing one-button start-stop protection for single-phase or three-phase low-power loads in cases of short circuit, phase loss, and overload.

Installation Notes
The 35mm DIN rail is vertically installed. After power-off, it can be inserted until the lock clicks.
Top in and bottom out the wire, strip the wire 10mm, tighten the torque 1.5N ·m, wire 1-2.5mm ².
For the side accessories, install the partition first and then slide it in, maintaining a distance of 9mm.
Press the green "I" button to start and the red "O" button to stop. Press "TEST Jump" once a month.
The setting current is adjustable from 1.6 to 2.5A within 40 °C and is reduced by 10% above 50 °C.
Before powering on, manually pull the yellow trip rod to the reset position to confirm that the window displays green.
