The continuous press (CPS) is the core equipment of the continuous press wood-based panel production line. The continuous flat press can be subdivided into: frame part, hot press plate and heating part, steel belt and drive part, chain blanket and drive part, cylinder part, deviation adjustment system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and other parts.

Characteristic:

The left &right cumulative error of the chain can reach the reguired accuracy,which ensures the chain doesnt affect the nommal operation of the press.

Dieffenbacher Roller: φ21 diameter, with lengths varying depending on press width, including 3000mm, 2848mm, and 2700mm. φ21 rollers are primarily made of Cr15 bearing steel; 50CrVA spring steel is also available.
