Structural Design

The Luhang EVA Foam fender, sized at 2X3 M, can showcase unparalleled performance. This is primarily attributed to its excellent structural design, superior raw materials, and world-leading production technology

It features a completely closed-cell foam core (100%).

Due to the molecular structure of Closed Cell (Isolation of Gas), so the foam core can maintain excellent elasticity which is the basis of foam fender performance.

There is a nylon filament reinforcement layer.

EVA Foam fender, sized at 2X3 M is constructed Continuous Tough and Thick Nylon Filament Reinforcement in Polyurethane skin which provides superior strength.

Its surface is made of corrosion-resistant polyurethane skin.

High performance Polyurethane skin: Anti-acid, Alkali and salt corrosion, Anti-UV resistant, Non-marking which makes the EVA Foam fender, sized at 2X3 M skin extremely durable to all types of weather, forces and marine conditions.

It has a heavy-duty internal structure.

Heavy Duty Chain Connecting Swivel End Fitting Type (The internal chain guarantees maximum pull-through strength, even distribution of energy and stresses.) and Heavy Duty Internal Pipe Fixed End Fitting Type optional.

Initially established as Qingdao Luhang Marine Airbag Factory in 1988 and changed to Qingdao Luhang Marine Airbags and Fenders Co.,Ltd in 2011, Qingdao Luhang had been devoted itself to developing and manufacturing marine airbags and marine fenders for more than 2 decades.
