Functions

• Low - Dropout Linear Regulation: ADP7182AUJZ - 2 is a CMOS, low - dropout (LDO) linear regulator. It operates from a power supply of - 2.7 V to - 28 V and can provide a maximum output current of - 200 mA. It is suitable for regulating high - performance analog and mixed - signal circuits powered by - 27 V to - 1.2 V.
• High Power Supply Rejection and Low Noise: Using an advanced proprietary architecture, it has high power supply rejection and low - noise characteristics. The output noise voltage of the regulator is 18 μV rms, which is independent of the output voltage.
• Good Transient Response: With a small 2.2 μF ceramic output capacitor, it can achieve excellent line and load transient response performance.
• Adjustable Output Voltage: It provides fixed - output - voltage options and an adjustable version. Through an external feedback divider, the output voltage can be adjusted from - 1.22 V to - VIN+VDO.
• Current - limit and Thermal Overload Protection: It has built - in current - limit and thermal overload protection functions to ensure the safety and stability of the device operation.
• Flexible Enable Logic: The enable logic can interface with positive or negative logic levels, providing maximum flexibility for circuit design.
