KBS Mortar Pump Machine can also be used for wall plastering equipped with spraying gun and compressed air.

The mortar pump is a single-cylinder single-acting piston mortar delivery pump with the advantages of compact structure, reliable operation, low failure rate, easy cleaning and maintenance, and high pumping pressure.

It is mainly used for mortar delivery and injection in tunnel excavation and maintenance, mine engineering, hydropower construction, bridge construction, foundation treatment engineering of high-rise buildings, and various underground engineering projects.

When the diesel engine is running, the crankcase with the crankshaft connecting rod is driven by the V-belt to make the crosshead piston installed at the end of the connecting rod reciprocate. The piston rod in the cylinder of the pump head is connected to the crosshead piston through a thread, so that the piston reciprocates synchronously, so that the suction port and discharge port of the pump head alternately have negative pressure and positive pressure, which is reflected as one suction and one discharge work. The pressure gauge installed on the pump head can monitor the working pressure of the pump.
