Overview
The “six-sided expander" localized repair technology precisely
positions the jacking equipment at the collapse site via traction.
Hydraulically driven, six synchronously expanding jack plates
uniformly apply radial force along the pipe circumference,
restoring the collapsed section to its full circularity and
original design inner diameter. This achieves structural
rehabilitation of the existing pipe in a single operation.
Equipment Features
- Six-sided Synchronization: Hydraulically driven expansion plates
expand simultaneously at equal frequency and pressure, ensuring
uniform circumferential force distribution on the pipe wall and
preventing stress concentration.
- Automatic Centering: The device automatically aligns with the pipe
center during expansion, guaranteeing concentricity between the
repaired section and the original pipe to prevent eccentric damage.
- Comparative Advantages: Traditional “duckbill" methods expand
symmetrically at only two points, causing excessive localized
stress and pipe wall damage. Six-point radial expansion eliminates
secondary damage risks entirely.
- Adjustable Diameter: Modular replacement covers multiple
specifications from DN200 to DN700, accommodating corrugated pipes,
PE pipes, corrugated steel pipes, steel-reinforced pipes,
spiral-wound solid-wall pipes, and thin-walled steel pipes.
- Highly efficient and economical: Single-point repair eliminates the
need for excavation or relining, significantly reducing labor and
material costs.
