With power factor >0.99 and total harmonic distortion (THD) of only 3.5%, this charger maximizes energy utilization and minimizes grid pollution. Steady voltage accuracy of ±0.5% and output current adjustment from 1A to 100A (±1% error) allow precise matching to battery requirements, prolonging battery life and optimizing charge times. The low output ripple (±1%) protects sensitive battery electronics.

Robust Industrial Design
Built for demanding warehouse and factory environments, the charger features a rugged enclosure measuring 600×400×650mm and weighing 40kg. Wide input voltage range (AC 304V–456V) accommodates unstable grid conditions, while input inrush current limiting (10A max) prevents nuisance tripping. The three-phase three-wire +PE input ensures reliable power delivery.

Intelligent Communication & Control
Standard CAN communication enables real‑time monitoring and control via forklift telemetry systems or central battery management software.
