The equipment adopts imported brand robots for grinding, polishing, and deburring operations. It is mainly applied to metal products such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and zinc alloy. The equipment features excellent processing quality and high precision, capable of continuous operation, with a product qualification rate of over 98%.

The robotic grinding, polishing, and deburring system consists of one or two robots working with two sets of consumable workstations (with compensation function). The consumables include:
