3.Working Principle

The working principle of the jaw crusher is based on reciprocating compression. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, causing the movable jaw plate to perform periodic reciprocating motion toward the fixed jaw plate. When the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw, materials entering the crushing chamber are crushed through compression, splitting, and bending forces. As the movable jaw moves away from the fixed jaw, crushed materials discharge through the discharge opening under gravity, while incompletely crushed materials remain in the chamber for the next cycle.
