Custom Automatic Brick Loading Unloading System for Tunnel Drying Line

This automatic brick loading and unloading system is customized for twice setting and firing processes with tunnel single-layer drying technology. Suitable for multiple raw materials, it produces face bricks, floor tiles, perforated bricks and high hollow rate bricks, with an annual output of 40–120 million pieces.

The complete system includes steering & lifting units, handling robots, workbenches, pallet rack loading/unloading devices and chain belt conveying equipment for full automatic operation.

1. 90° steering system and green brick pallet lifting device;
2. Two robotic units for green brick pallet loading and unloading;
3. Green brick pallet feeding workbench;
4. Equipment for loading green brick pallets onto the drying shelf;
5. Workbench for extracting dried brick pallets;
6. Chain belt conveyors for transporting loaded dried pallets and empty pallets respectively;
7. 90° steering and lifting system;
8. Dried brick pallet shelf unloading and pallet dismantling device.
