Product Overview

The SC4011 is a low-cost, compact linear Hall effect sensor designed for a wide range of applications. It offers a single current source output with low noise, eliminating the need for external filtering. The sensor responds to both positive and negative magnetic fields, is resistant to mechanical stress, and operates reliably across a broad environmental temperature range of -40 to 105. Its output voltage is proportional to the supply voltage and the applied magnetic field strength, with a typical quiescent output voltage at half the supply voltage. Available in TO-92S, SOT23-3L, and DFN1616 packages, the SC4011 is suitable for linear keyboard, motor control, position detection, current sensing, and weighing/level detection applications.
