The JQP-11/6000 pneumatic circular saw for mining is a cutting and grooving tool for coal mines developed by our company after years of exploration and through the joint efforts of high-tech personnel from various departments such as electromechanical, ventilation, and coal mining.
The JQP-11/6000 pneumatic circular saw for mining can be directly connected to the air pressure provided by underground air supply pipelines, air compressors, gas cylinders and other air sources to drive the circular saw to rotate at high speed for cutting. During operation, cooling water flows through the hole in the middle of the circular saw guard plate to the cutting area, playing a role in cooling and dust suppression.

The circular saw is composed of three main parts: the saw head, the diamond chain, and the hydraulic hose. The hydraulic hose connects the air source and the circular saw. The air pressure provided by the air source drives the circular saw to operate at high speed for cutting. .

2. During operation, the cooling water flows through the holes in the center of the disc guard plate towards the cutting area, serving the functions of cooling and dust suppression.

The circular saw can be used for cutting coal seams and rocks in mining work areas, for constructing sealed walls, and also for breaking concrete and rocks during mine rescue operations.
