Product description
The rotary screen is a device that uses a motor to drive the screen body to perform rotary motion to achieve material screening. Its screen surface is usually circular or elliptical. During operation, the material on the screen surface is subjected to the combined action of rotary force and gravity. It can not only move forward in a spiral motion along the screen surface but also achieve the classification and screening of coarse and fine materials through screens of different pore sizes. It features high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, compact structure and the ability to adjust the rotational speed and amplitude according to the characteristics of the materials. It is widely used in the screening operations of granular materials in industries such as mining, chemical engineering and food.
Working principle
The rotary screen is driven by a motor to make the screen body
perform rotary motion, causing the material to be pushed forward in
a spiral shape on the screen surface under the action of
centrifugal force, gravity, etc. Fine particles pass through the
screen and are discharged, while coarse particles are discharged
from the end. The compound motion trajectory can optimize the
screening efficiency by adjusting parameters such as speed and
amplitude, and is suitable for the classification operation of
granular materials in industries such as mining and chemical
engineering.
