Introduction
The water supply system is an indispensable and important part of
national production and life. The traditional water supply method
occupies a large area, is prone to water pollution, requires a lot
of infrastructure investment, and the main disadvantage is that the
water pressure cannot be kept constant, resulting in some equipment
not working properly. Variable frequency speed regulation
technology is a new and mature stepless speed regulation technology
for AC motors, which is widely used in the field of speed control,
especially in the water supply industry, due to its unique and
excellent control performance. Due to the special needs of safety
production and water supply quality, there are strict requirements
for constant pressure water supply pressure, so frequency
conversion speed regulation technology has been more deeply
applied.
After feedback, the actual pressure of the pipeline network is
compared with the given pressure. When the pipeline network
pressure is insufficient, the frequency converter increases the
output frequency, the water pump speed increases, and the water
supply increases, forcing the pipeline network pressure to rise. On
the contrary, when the speed of the water pump slows down, the
water supply decreases, the pressure in the pipeline decreases, and
constant pressure water supply is maintained.
