‌II. Precautions for use‌

‌(1) Installation and commissioning‌
‌Shaft alignment requirements‌: The deviation between the motor drive shaft and the pump shaft is ≤0.05mm to avoid radial load damage to the bearing.
‌Suction pipe specifications‌: The inner diameter of the suction pipe ≥ the pump port size, the length ≤2m, the elbows ≤3, to prevent air suction.
‌First start‌: Run at no load for 10~15 minutes and check for abnormal vibration/noise.

‌(2) Operation parameter control‌
‌Pressure limit‌: Working pressure ≤80% of the rated pressure (for example: use ≤28MPa when rated at 35MPa).
‌Oil temperature management‌: Maintain 30~60℃ (maximum ≤80℃), high temperature requires a cooler, low temperature requires preheating the oil tank.
‌Oil cleanliness‌: NAS level 7~8 (or ISO 18/15/12) is required, and the filter element should be replaced every 1000~2000 hours.

‌(3) Regular maintenance‌ ‌Replacement of key components‌: The bearing life is about 10,000 hours. If it exceeds the period, it needs to be replaced with original specification accessories. ‌Oil and filter element‌: Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank every 2000 hours. ‌Seal inspection‌: Check the pump body/pipeline leakage every 500 hours. ‌

(4) Fault prevention‌ ‌Prohibitions‌: Oil contaminant particle size >10μm will accelerate the wear of the friction pair by 212; overpressure and overspeed operation are strictly prohibited. ‌Shutdown maintenance‌: Long-term shutdown requires draining the oil in the pump to prevent corrosion. ‌
