Production Line Features
High efficiency extruder is designed for HDPE pipe, equipped with
reducer which is high speed and low noise, feeding section with
cooling unit and reversing spiral groove, different pitch undulant
screw which allows great output, lower melting temperature, and
lower energy consumption.
Distributed spiral composite extrusion die-head ensures the melting
pressure and flux even and stable, the surface of pipe smooth and
glossy.
PE Pipe Production Line Components
Raw material + master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder → material
dryer → single screw extruder (small CO-extruder) → mould → vacuum
calibration tank → spray cooling tank (water tank) → haul-off unit
→ cutting machine → stacker
Key Equipment Components
Single Screw Extruder Machine: Using high efficient single screws, specially designed for PP, PE
granule material to ensure uniformed plasticization, high
extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system guarantees high
quality pipe extrusion.
Pipe Extrusion Mould: Spiral type die head ensures high speed extrusion and avoids
thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics for high quality pipes.
Heating control system inside the mould provides high efficiency
and easy extrusion. Bronze calibrators enable fast pipe calibration
and cooling.
Vacuum Cooling Tank and Spraying Cooling Tanks: Rapid vacuum calibrating system cools hot extruded pipes quickly
to obtain final pipe diameter. Automatic temperature control
system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve enhance pipe
sizing, cooling performance, and production speed.
Haul Off Machine: Adopts crawler track type with various claw configurations
(two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, ten-claw,
twelve-claw types) suitable for different pipe sizes. Abrasion
resistant rubber track blocks ensure high and stable hauling speed.
Cutting Machine: Precision machine cutter makes flat, straight cuts at high speed.
Powerful suction device gathers waste scraps for easy cleaning.
Pipe Stacker or Pipe Coiler: Automatic pipe stacker for packing pipes; pipe coiler for small PE
pipes (16-40mm, 16-75mm, 50-110mm).
