APPLICATION:
The extrusion line is consist of high effective extruder, vacuum calibration water tank, spraying water tank, hauling off machine,cutting machine and pipe stacker . The line can extrude high quality large diameter water and gas supply pipes which have excellent stiffness and flexibility, high temperature resistance, excellent heat-linkage etc advantages.

PE Production Flow:
Raw material + additive → mixing →automatic feeding system → single screw extruder→ mould → vacuum calibration machine → cooling tank→ haul-off machine → cutting machine → stacker(Winding machine)
Material Feeding & Melting
PE resin pellets are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
The screw conveyor transports the material into the heated barrel, where it melts into a homogeneous melt at controlled temperatures (160°C–220°C).
Extrusion & Pipe Forming
The molten PE is pushed through a die head, shaping it into a pipe with the desired diameter and wall thickness.
Adjustable die molds allow for different pipe sizes (16mm–1200mm).
Vacuum Calibration & Sizing
The extruded pipe enters a vacuum calibration tank, where it is precisely sized and cooled under controlled vacuum pressure to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Cooling System
The pipe passes through a spray or immersion cooling tank to solidify its structure while maintaining a smooth surface.
Haul-Off & Traction
A servo-driven haul-off unit pulls the pipe at a synchronized speed to maintain consistent wall thickness and prevent deformation.
Cutting & Stacking
An automatic cutting machine trims the pipe to the required lengths (4m, 6m, or custom sizes).
The finished pipes are neatly stacked by a pipe collection rack or robotic arm for packaging.
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Pipes undergo visual inspection, hydrostatic pressure testing, and dimensional checks.
