Label Feeder(GS-HQ90)

The label feeder is a component supply device that strips rolls of labels at certain intervals and at specified times one by one and supplies them to the surface mount technology (SMT) machine.

Tape description:
1. Tape width: The supported tape width is ≤85mm
2. The distance between the front, back, left and right of the materials should be 2 to 3mm. Leave a blank area of about 5mm on both sides of the material tape
3. The number of items in each row should be controlled within 6 (the more items there are in a row, the greater the chance of abnormality).
4. Suitable thickness of base paper: 0.05mm
